How do I upload a logo? | |
1. Accessing General Settings
In the main menu, navigate to Settings/General. 2. Software Functionality In the Functions section, you can configure the range of features available in the software. 3. Data from Quick Start If you have already entered data under Quick Start, it will be displayed automatically, making usage easier. 4. Email Address for Correspondence In the Correspondence Email Address field, you can enter an email address to receive copies of all emails sent from the software. If the address is identical to one already entered, this field can be left blank. If you do not wish to receive any emails, enter a minus sign (-) in the field. 5. Uploading a Logo In the Logo section, you can upload a logo that will appear, for example, on invoices. Click the Select File button and choose the desired image. 6. Start Date for Rentals If you plan to begin renting at a later date, you can adjust the start date in the settings. 7. Owner Information In Owner First and Last Name, enter the hotel owner’s first and last name. 8. Saving Your Entries Finally, click the Save button to confirm and save all the changes you have made. | |
